1. Sales associate at Foot Locker
The footwear company is recruiting for a sales associate. The job advert reads “You love to talk about athletic sneakers and apparel as much as you love to collect them. You always scope out the latest styles, and enjoy sharing your enthusiasm with customers. It’s easy for you to start up natural, friendly conversations, adapt to different types of customers, and resolve issues with a smile.”

If you’re a coffee lover then this is the job for you. No experience is required and you would be working in Touchwood’s food court. The job advert says the right candidate will deliver “legendary” customer service. maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume and anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.

3.Part-time sales assistant at Miele
German manufacturer Miele have just opened an ‘experience centre’ in Touchwood and are looking for sales assistants. The business is known for its premium and sustainable home appliances and is looking for expert sales staff. The advert reads: “Reporting to the Store Manager, the successful candidate will sell and advise customers in the selection and purchase of Miele appliances, with the possibility of up-grading products whilst promoting the Miele brand at all times”
This role is predominantly based within Touchwood, and there are a number of part-time vacancies available. The salary is up to £23,500 and the application deadline is Wednesday June 15.

4. Management trainee at Schuh
This is one for those who are looking to start their retail management career, with an interest in leadership. The footwear shop is recruiting for its 12 month comprehensive training program, which develops the trainee to eventually step into a deputy manager role. The advert reads: ” We will support you along the way, from merchandising a new display, preparing for major events to recruiting and training new talent, the list goes on and no two days are the same!

5. Line chefs at Alioli Tapas
Touchwood’s brand new Spanish tapas restaurant Alioli has just opened, and they are looking for enthusiastic and committed chefs for their “beautiful and amazing project” There are three vacancies, and role is full time and permanent, with a salary of £11.50-£12.50 per hour. Apply on Indeed.
